90-10 Principle

Today my friend Kaushik shared a very nice presentation with me. The presentation is about 90-10 Principle by Stephen Covey. I am really impressed and motivated by this principle. A must watch presentation.

Summery
  • In life sometime we face something which was unexpected and obviously painful (10% ).
  • We react on that situation (90%).
  • You won’t have control on 10% which is happening with you and with your life.
  • But you have all the control on 90% that’s how you react on that situation.
  • So prepare your self for 90% . Its a big share of your life in fact.
  • Don’t react negatively on 10% which happened to you.

Effective Listening

We have a very good training session at magnet. We call it TLT ( TL’s Training ). This training is provided by our chief mentor Nirav Mehta. So we have been trained since 3 months on every thursday of the week. Now its our turn to share this knowledge. So I have decided to give this training to Maheswar, Sanjay and Mihir ( 3 muscitiers of magnet ) :) .

As part of this training session We spoke on “Effective Listening” on Firday 13 March 2009.
